We have exciting plans ahead for our property at 4611 North Avenue in beautiful San Diego. We are currently working with several developers and the city to turn this property into a gorgeous multi-family space.

Bridgeview Lofts, Huntington WV
After acquiring the Magic Makers Building in 2017 located in beautiful downtown Huntington, WV. We built eight beautiful brand-new units for long-term and short-term stays.
Additionally, we have updated and added to the lower commercial space to accommodate all types of local businesses in Huntington. We hope to continue future projects in downtown Huntington.

Trumbull House, San Diego CA
This passion project was truly a great project which we poured our passion for real estate into. Previously neglected to be practically bare-bones, we worked and reconstructed a significant amount of this house to capture the beautiful view and history of this mansion-style home. Additions such as a custom corner window curated handmade tile from local San Diegan CRStudio 4, and a revision to the kitchen and stairways, the Trumbull House will always be a unique and fond experience in our real estate portfolio.

Located in the heart of St. Augustine and overlooking Lake Maria Sanchez, this mansion style home was a great collection of fun ideas and custom craftsmanship.
Finished in 2021, we were able to construct this multi-unit property with two gorgeous, two-bedroom duplexes, 4 car garage, and outfitted with 4 full bedrooms and 3 full baths.
